OUR PROCESS
Every custom pool project begins with a clear plan and a proven process. At Executive Pools, we guide our clients through each stage with thoughtful coordination, quality craftsmanship, and clear communication from start to finish. From the initial consultation and design phase to construction, finishing details, and final walk-through, our process is designed to create a smooth experience and a result that feels timeless, functional, and built to last.
01
Consultation, Planning, and Design
We begin with an on-site consultation to understand your goals, budget, and property conditions. During this phase, measurements, elevations, and access points are reviewed so we can develop a conceptual design that outlines the pool size, features, and equipment placement. From there, detailed construction plans are prepared to address site-specific requirements, including utilities and elevations, and our team manages the permitting process and coordination with local agencies. Before construction begins, the pool is carefully laid out on-site for your review and final approval of location, dimensions, and elevation.
02
Excavation, Structure, and Infrastructure
Once plans are approved, construction begins with excavation of the pool area according to the final layout and site access conditions. Structural steel is then installed to reinforce the shell and maximize long-term integrity. Next, underground plumbing, gas, and electrical lines are placed around the pool using corrosion-resistant materials and oversized plumbing lines to support strong circulation and reliable performance. These systems are pressure-tested to confirm proper operation before moving forward.
03
Shell, Finish Work, and Decking
With the infrastructure in place, we create the pool shell using high-strength shotcrete, which is applied over the steel framework and hand-shaped to form steps, tanning ledges, and other custom details. Our craftsmen then install the selected coping, waterline tile, and any special stone or rock features such as waterfalls, retaining walls, or hardscape elements. Pool decking is completed based on the selected size, material, and finish, with careful attention given to both durability and appearance.
