Executive Pools, Inc. has been designing and building custom in-ground pools in Manhattan Beach and the South Bay since 1962. With decades of experience behind our work, we create pools that are tailored to the architecture of the home, the character of the property, and the lifestyle of each client. Our team works on a wide range of designs, including geometric pools, freeform pools, classic rectangular layouts, lap pools, and custom shapes that bring a more distinctive vision to life. We collaborate closely with homeowners, architects, builders, and developers to deliver outdoor spaces that feel refined, functional, and built with lasting quality.

OUR CREATIVE TEAM
Jacob Adams
President
Jake serves as President, carrying forward the legacy established by founder Ray Hamblen in 1962. The standard of craftsmanship Ray built the company on continues to shape the work delivered today. Jake's leadership is rooted in that history, with a strong focus on quality, integrity, and a seamless client experience. Jake remains hands-on throughout each project, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed from start to finish.
Outside of work, you can find Jake on a beach volleyball court, playing guitar, or spending time with his wife, April - cheering on the Angels & the Dolphins together!
Lane Adams
Foreman/Superintendent
Lane serves as a Foreman and has played a key role as a Superintendent/Project Manager since 2022. Lane brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every project. He’s known for his ability to fix just about anything and for seeing things through with care & precision. Whether he’s managing the job site or jumping in where needed, Lane helps keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish.
Outside of work, Lane enjoys working with his hands - gardening, building bikes, and staying active through slacklining, surfing, and skating. You can find Lane spending downtime with Daisy & their cats: Loaf, and Chubs!
Wyatt Adams
Design & Operations
Wyatt leads plans and operations, serving as the behind-the-scenes force that keeps every project running smoothly from start to finish. Since 2021, Wyatt has played a critical role in coordinating details, managing workflows, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Outside of work, Wyatt is a baseball fanatic who enjoys river days, water sports, off-roading, and boating. He appreciates a good glass of whiskey, loves music, and values time spent keeping up with friends.
Loïc Bernardi
Pool Maintenance
Loïc is responsible for pool maintenance and service, ensuring each pool continues to perform as beautifully as it was built. From handling start-up procedures and balancing water chemistry to ongoing weekly service and repairs, he plays a key role in maintaining the integrity and longevity of every project.
Known for his consistency and sunny disposition, Loic ensures each pool is properly cared for long after completion!
Outside of work, you can find him enjoying a good movie with his dog, Storm, or trying out a new restaurant.
Kimberly Gamez
Creative Coordinator
As Creative Coordinator, Kimberly leads brand, marketing, and internal processes. She brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to every aspect of the business. She is responsible for maintaining the company’s aesthetic, managing tedious to-do's, and ensuring consistency across every touchpoint - from first inquiry to project completion. Kimberly bridges the big picture with day-to-day execution, supporting both the team and the overall client experience.
Outside of work, you can find her walking her black lab or making a recipe out of a cookbook!
Storm Bernardi
Chief Morale Officer
Storm is a black Labrador who takes his office duties very seriously. He carries his title of CMO with great pride.
When he’s off the clock, Storm enjoys swimming and relaxing on his chaise, living his best life.
